The Supervisory Board of Vedior NV and Mr Remmert Laan have mutually agreed that Mr Laan’s resignation from the Supervisory Board, which was scheduled for April 2008, will for personal reasons become effective as of today.

Mr Angenent, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, said “Over a period which is almost a decade, Mr Laan has made a very important contribution to the Group as a member of the Supervisory Board. Vedior is very grateful for this”.
