Amsterdam, The Netherlands 19 September 2007

 The General Meeting of shareholders of Vedior N.V. today approved the appointment of Mr L.W. (Tex) Gunning as a member of the Board of Management and CEO.

The meeting also approved the proposal to issue the annual report exclusively in the English language as from the financial year 2007.
