Mr. Naud van der Ven, member of Vedior's Board of Management has decided to resign as from 1 October 2000. His responsibilities will be assumed by the other members of the Board.

Mr. Van der Ven has been responsible for systems and structures (eBusiness, IT, legal, tax, human resources and business development); in particular he has been engaged in projects related to the acquisition of Select in late 1999 which are now largely completed. He now wishes to pursue other interests outside the Company. Vedior respects the decision of Mr. Van der Ven and is grateful for his outstanding performance in the last four years since he joined the Company.
