Vedior is pleased to announce it has acquired a 70% interest in Voxius BV (“Voxius” or “the Company”), a leading Dutch legal recruitment specialist.

Founded in 1997, Voxius’ specialised services include the provision of legal interim professional through the Lease a Lawyer® brand, and the search and selection of lawyers for permanent positions under the Legal Search brand.

Voxius’ clients include major multinationals, local industry leaders and prominent private and commercial law firms. The Company is one of the top 3 independent legal staffing companies in the Netherlands but their reputation and experience extends beyond the Dutch market. As part of the Vedior Group, Voxius will be able to take better advantage of the increasing internationalisation of legal recruitment via Vedior’s established legal staffing presence in the UK, US, France, Australia and Hong Kong markets, primarily under the Hughes Castell brand.

Based in Rotterdam, Voxius achieved audited annual sales of €3.7 million for the year ended 31 December 2005.

Voxius’ existing management team will continue to develop the Company. The outstanding 30% interest will remain with Voxius’ management.
