Vedior is pleased to announce that it has acquired a 70% interest in Pareto Law Plc (“Pareto” or “the Company”), the UK’s largest and most successful graduate assessment, placement and training organisation.

Pareto identifies graduates with the potential to develop successful sales careers. Following a rigorous assessment process, candidates are coached in basic sales skills through to sophisticated negotiating techniques using a series of innovative training methods. Once placed into a job, Pareto continues to provide bespoke training programmes to maximize potential and ensure ongoing career progression.

Established in 1995, Pareto also operates a specialist division, Pareto Training, offering clients a range of services for training, retaining and developing executive team members.

Pareto was awarded the 2008 Sales Recruitment Agency of the Year in The Times sponsored National Sales Awards.

For the twelve months up to 28 February 2008, Pareto achieved (unaudited) sales of £8.5 million (€12.2 million). Pareto’s existing management team will continue to develop the Company and the outstanding 30% interest will remain with management.
