Vedior is pleased to announce it has acquired an 80% interest in Digby Morgan Consulting Limited (“Digby Morgan” or “the Company”), a UK human resources executive search and selection specialist.

Founded in 1988, Digby Morgan provides HR recruitment services in the UK and internationally with clients ranging from brand-leading multinationals to niche players.

The Company operates through dedicated divisions focusing on sectors such as financial services and technology industries. The main Digby Morgan brand specialises in the search and selection of senior-level HR executives while the HR Resourcing brand provides mid-level HR professionals and HR Interims provides HR personnel for temporary assignments.

Zach Miles, Vedior’s Chief Executive, said, “Digby Morgan complements our established HR International brand based in the UK and US. The Company’s executive level focus extends the breadth of our services in this important sector.”

Based in London, Digby Morgan achieved (audited) annual sales of £6.7 million (€9.8 million) for the year ended 31 December 2005.

Digby Morgan’s existing management team will continue to develop the Company. The outstanding 20% interest will remain with Digby Morgan’s management.
