Vedior is pleased to announce that Albemarle Interim Management (“Albemarle”), its specialist interim management subsidiary, has acquired a 100% interest in Walker-Cox Ltd and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Food Manufacturing Consultancy Ltd, (“Walker-Cox” or “the Company”), one of the UK’s fastest growing interim management companies.

Walker-Cox is a well-known and highly respected interim management specialist providing experienced senior directors and executives to both the public and private sectors. Within the public sector, Walker-Cox is the Managing Partner of a consortium of 33 consultancy companies providing a wide range of services to the public sector under the ‘S-Cat’ procurement scheme. The Company’s private sector business encompasses a number of disciplines and sectors but has a particular focus on the science and food manufacturing markets. The Company also provides clients with a range of consultancy services and bespoke training specialists.

Being based in Solihull in the West Midlands, Walker-Cox provides a geographical complement to Albemarle which is headquartered in London.

Founded in 1998, Walker Cox achieved unaudited annual sales for the year ended 31 December 2005 of £3.1 million (€4.5 million).

Walker-Cox’s existing management team will continue to develop the Company.
