Vedior is pleased to announce that it has agreed to acquire a majority interest in Corridor AS (“Corridor” or “the Company”), a Norwegian recruitment specialist.

Founded in 1999, Corridor specialises in the recruitment and supply of temporary and permanent staff within accounting and finance, sales and marketing, IT and administrative sectors.

Headquarted in Oslo, Corridor achieved NOK 54 million (EUR 6.8 million) in audited annual sales for the year ended 31 December 2005.

Norway is in the midst of an economic boom with GDP at almost 4% and relatively low levels of unemployment and inflation. The Norwegian staffing industry is well developed and has grown significantly over recent years.

Vedior now has a presence in 46 international markets including the Nordic countries of Finland and Sweden
Corridor’s existing management team have retained a minority interest and will continue to develop the Company.
