We are pleased to announce that Vedior has received early termination of the waiting period under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976 in connection with Vedior's acquisition of B2B Workforce Inc. (“B2B”). As announced on 27 September 2007, Vedior has signed a definitive agreement to acquire B2B and the transaction has already been approved by the boards of directors of both companies.
