Notification on the ground of article 1013 (5) of the Dutch Code of Civil Procedure
(Wetboek van Burgelijke Rechtsvordering), with regard to a hearing in respect to
the Petition to have the Agreement concluded by Randstand, VEB and SUVS declared
binding.
The oral hearing on the Petition will take place on 20 May 2009 at 10.00 CET. The
hearing will take place in the courthouse located at Prinsengracht 436 in Amsterdam.
